Admissions Process

Once an admission inquiry is made, the Bishop Noland Episcopal Day School viewbook, including the curriculum guide and tuition information, is sent to the family. The family is invited to tour the campus and meet with the school staff.

The family must submit an application for each child to be considered for admission. An application(s) should be completed online at www.episcopaldayschool.org. A non-refundable assessment and application fee of $120 should be received for each student (upon enrollment, the assessment fee of $100 will be applied to the registration fee).  Once the application is submitted, a copy of the applicant's birth certificate, immunization record, most recent report card, and standardized test scores should be emailed to the Admissions Director at [email protected].

Each applicant (2 years old - 12th grade) must visit a class with the appropriate grade-level teacher, at this time, an assessment is made to determine the student’s probability of success in the class. The visit includes a teacher-designed exam in language arts and math, if applicable. Assessments vary typically from one to two days.

The Admissions office schedules a follow-up meeting to discuss the results of the visit and assessment with the parents. The registration fees, tuition plan, and enrollment contract balance are due now.
